If there's one thing to learn about me, it's that I'm terrible at keeping dates with these comics. I make comics as fast as I can, and then I post them whenever the hell I feel like it. I still have comics from 2007 that I haven't posted yet. Its pretty ridiculous.

And this comic is totally true. Ashley is our waitress every Tuesday at Buffalo Wild Wings, and as she walked past I made this really obvious motion of smelling her, haha. She didn't notice the first time, so I did it again as she walked past the other way and that time she noticed. She then stopped at the table and let us all smell her.

Jeff was right, she did smell good! She thinks it was her hairspray. Then, she noticed she had ranch dressing on her shirt that got onto her hand and freaked out.

Is this comic late? It sure is! This is the one that I mentioned completely forgetting about in the last comic, which I guess chronologically is the next comic. This is another one that I drew before I asked what you guys thought of things, so thats why it looks like this.

Chucky Gaywagon is my guitar player, by the way. My Bass player is Funky Buttlovin and my singer is Jones. I don't have a drummer yet. The band name? Why, Satan's Penis, of course!

And for the record, the songs I downloaded were "Police Truck," "California Uber Allies" and "Holiday in Cambodia" by Dead Kennedys (there was a three pack!) "My Hero" by Foo Fighters and "Interstate Love Song" by STP.

I also picked up Guitar Hero World Tour. I was gonna get one more game this year, and I was planning on Left 4 Dead, but I guess I figured I'd play GH more. My reaction? I'm kinda underwhelmed. Rock Band 2 is just an overall better game. There's some neat new stuff with GH4, but it just doesn't hold up as well ad RB2.

Egomaniac: Suicide Woman

Okay, so I drew this before I drew the "Please help me" drawing, so that's what's up with the style, haha. But by all means, feel free to critique. Just because a comic is done doesn't mean I'm uninterested in improvement!

So, I'd like to say this is the last Twilight comic, but Liz still hasn't seen the movie yet, so I make no promises.

I can't believe I've done three Twilight comics. Sheesh. Clearly there is something wrong with me. But I read this and told Liz about it, and then she unknowingly wrote me a comic. I love it when that happens!

For the record, this is the fiftieth Egomaniac I've made. Not posted, but at least finished. So woo!

Egominiac: Send Money

See, if I had been paying attention, this comic would have gone up last week, and it might have made a bit more sense because the movie wasn't out yet.

Okay, so I definitely have a problem. I've already done one Twilight comic, this is the second, and I am currently working on the third. That's three comics for a movie I don't plan on seeing, (I think my Ghost Rider credits are all paid up, I watched 27 Dresses AND PS I love You. That's gotta be enough at this point. But, if Liz can't get anyone else to go, I'll end up going. I'll be the emergency date for that one.) or a series of books I don't plan on reading. Liz is super into Twilight, so its a part of my life too.

So, if you know anything about Liz and I, you know where she lives. But, just in case she doesn't want me to flat out say it, I didn't give the town name.

There's 147,779 in the town, and it's always busy downtown. But last night when I left, there was no one. Anywhere. There wasn't even a car on the road. And it was only like, 11:00! It was a bizarre feeling. I felt like I Was Legend.

I hate those people, by the way. They sit in the lawn on their chairs with signs in the grass saying things like "Abortion is a crime!" "Honk if you hate abortion!" Ugh. Are 240th trimester abortions legal yet?

Yeah, I'm a day late in posting this one. Tuesdays and Wednesdays tend to be busy for me...Tuesday I have class in the morning, and then work, and then Jeff Sara and I go to Buffalo Wild Wings and I generally don't get home until late, and I have to get up at 8 on Wednesday to be at work at 9, then I have class after that. But on the plus side, yesterday's trip to BWW led to me writing like, four or five comics, so I guess that means I have to come up with a design for Sara.

And for the record, Jeff did go to the funeral with the mohawk, which everybody loved.

SOTW: Batman, The Joker, The Punisher

I drew this Batman a while back, I dunno why I never posted it. I guess its pretty similar to Paul Pope's Batman, which is fine by me cause his Batman is awesome. (Traditional inks + Photoshop)

Egomaniac: Play to Win

This story actually involved a third person, but I don't know who he is, so all his dialogue went to Liz's hetero life-mate Ashley. I LEGALLY ACQUIRED True Blood, and I gotta say it's not bad. Granted, we've only watched two episodes, but they were pretty good. I hear things really start to pick up with the third episode, so we'll see what happens.

Also, Ashley looks terrible here. I was working off one picture of her, and this was before I even met the girl, so... sorry! I had originally had her panel flipped the other way, but then she got covered with the text boxes, so I had to reverse it. I never meant for her and Liz in the panel below to have the exact same shot, heh.

Posting this at a quarter to seven on a Sunday, I'm virtually guaranteeing no one will see it, haha.

And yeah, this is pretty much how every day with Amber begins.

"Hey Amber, how are you doing?"

"I don't want to be here."

FACT! There are two Ambers at OD, this is the younger one. (She is seventeen.) Since she's the younger Amber, she is sometimes known as Yamber, although I don't think she knows that.

11/06/08/Movies so far

Okay, so it's a few hours after the day the comic takes place, but it's close enough for me! I never said these would be daily, haha.

Anyway, this is very true. I'll be all alone, someone will say something funny on the walkie talkie, and I'll start laughing. A customer will show up, see my laughing to myself over nothing they heard, and I'll look like some sort of lunatic. It happens all the time! Why can't customers stay away from me?

I guess this comic can be on a rotating schedule, cause this is pretty much my night every night. I waste so much time on the internet doing nothing. But hey, Wikipedia won't read itself, you know!

Ah, the post Halloween blues. I've eaten more Twix and Reeses in the last two days than I have in the rest of the year, I'd be very willing to bet. Not that I'm complaining, mind you!

10/31/08 (Kinda!)

So, I think I'm going to start doing some journal comics. Part of me wants to do them daily, but I definitely can not commit to that promise, so here we go. At the least, I'll try to update with them more than I do Egomaniac.

Anyway! I just missed 10/31, but it technically was Halloween when this happened and when I started drawing it, so there you go.

Yes, this was part of my day. Between the looooooong overdue repairs to my car (the back springs were apparently completely destroyed,) and gas, I put almost a thousand dollars into it today. Guess I'm not getting Guitar Hero 4 anytime soon! (Actually, based on the reviews, I was planning on pretty much skipping it entirely, but that's another story for another day.) It's nice having shocks again though, haha. The car actually bounces on bumps now!

I may end up making these comics a bit more cartoony as time goes on. We shall see.

I think a lot of credit goes to Haiku Ninja, because his comics are kind of what inspired me to do this. So much that I totally stole his format with the date and signature, haha.
